| 30+ years experience in roles of increasing responsibility as an Electronic Engineer and Executive. Developed 60+ products in various roles: As a Firmware Engineer for Brown & Sharpe’s robotics division, as a Principal Electronic Engineer with GTECH, as a Technical Manager with Comtec, now a division of Zebra, developing tablet-terminals and portable scanning and printing inventory-control systems for major retailers, founder of Design Net Technical Products to build and lead a team developing technology-oriented products including medical instruments, surgical vision systems, surgical lasers, patient monitoring systems, autonomous lawn mowers and wireless wearable medical and consumer products. Bob studied Electrical Engineering, graduating from URI and has continued his education in Machine Learning and AI system development. He is also a certified ScrumMaster who coaches interdisciplinary teams through the Agile development process and currently leads teams in the development of Electronics, Embedded Software and Machine Learning systems for Jabil’s Radius Innovation Division as the Global Director of Embedded Electronics. |
